Brand engagement has evolved—audiences expect content that entertains, not just sells. While most B2B agencies have backgrounds purely in advertising, our team brings media production expertise from the BBC, Channel 4, and major cultural organisations. The short answer: It depends.
The long answer: We’ve been in this business long enough to know that one-off requests happen, and we will absolutely work with you to deliver them based on need, but sometimes they are out of scope. In those cases, we’ll have a conversation on next steps. No content request is truly impossible!
We recommend working with us for a minimum of six months, so we have the chance to get to know one another, get under the hood of your business priorities, and create the right content workflow that suits both our teams. We’ve worked with our longest client for 4 years – and we’d love for all our clients to be as happy!
In the first month, we’ll want to understand you, your team, your business and priorities. We’ll cover the following ground:
- Discovery: We get to know your team, business goals, and content challenges.
- Strategy: We ask questions like: What do you want to change about your content? Who is your audience? What does “good” look like for you?
- Development: We interview key people, define your content value proposition, and create several format concepts.
Prototyping & Production: After your feedback and sign-off, we produce prototypes to refine the approach before scaling up to full production.
Great question. Many clients don’t realise how hard the content production and approval process is till it actually happens. Depending on the size of your company, we’ll ask you to nominate 1–3 key people to act as content sign-off leads. These individuals will collaborate closely with us, especially during planning, approvals, and feedback cycles. We’ll help you structure the process so it’s efficient and ensures buy-in from the right stakeholders, while minimising bottlenecks.
We track both quantitative and qualitative metrics, but our primary focus is on building a loyal, engaged audience for your brand. We use frameworks like HubSpot’s Attract > Delight > Engage model to measure growth, engagement, and community impact—not just clicks or impressions. We’ll work with you to define what success looks like and report on progress regularly.
