Education & Training Foundation Leadership Institute

What’s the background?

The Education & Training Foundation was setting up a Leadership Institute in 2022 to cater to members of the Further Education (FE) sector. They wanted the Leadership Institute to provide opportunities and space for stimulating thought leadership, by focussing on the sector’s future needs, and stimulating innovation, creativity, and collaboration in a supportive and developmental way, with the sector and by the sector. They wanted to create a self-improving system with the FE sector with access to events and programmes.

What did we do?

Storythings worked with them to understand their core audiences and came up with recommendations for how to engage these audiences, and then, based on our expertise, gave them tips for how to leverage those recommendations to success. We also left them with an Audience Growth Plan for their first few years.
